From Eastern Uganda to Leading Global Projects
My Story
I grew up in Kapchorwa, the second of seven children, where I learned early that good planning feeds a family — and poor planning leaves the table empty. That lesson shaped everything that followed.
I began my career as a Mathematics and Chemistry educator, spending over 12 years teaching and mentoring young people. Along the way, I founded and led a non-profit focused on human rights and civic education, managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across East Africa.
Today, I hold both PMP and PMI-ACP certifications because I refuse to choose between discipline and speed. High-performing teams need both structure and adaptability to succeed.
Whether I am coaching a development team in Karamoja or rescuing a struggling social enterprise project, my promise is simple: deliver value early, delight stakeholders, and keep teams sane. When I am not in the boardroom, you will likely find me mentoring young project managers or hiking mountains like Elgon.
